Here in the Philippines especially in Manila, commuting is very hard. I admit that public transportation here is a struggle. If you can afford to buy a new car/ a second-hand car here are some tips that I can give to you.
1. Know who will be the users of the car. It can be your family or if you just going to use it for your everyday errands.
2. Research on the best options that you can get. Researching nowadays is very important. Cars.com can help you find a perfect car for you and your family. 3. Don't forget to test drive the car before choosing it. If you are the one who's going to use the car you need to familiarize with the basic parts of the car.
4. Remember to stick with your budget. I know that when you see lots of cars below your budget or above it your eyes get stocked and choosing the right car is a little bit hard. Just stick to your budget.
5. Choosing between new and old cars. Old cars might be a little bit tricky because some of the old cars have a hidden problem but if you're just going to look at the exterior of the car it is perfectly good as new. For my personal preferences, I choose a new car, because it is less hassle.
